Terms and Conditions
An application for membership must be made on the J-Club website. Acceptance of an application for membership is solely at the discretion of Janome UK Ltd and reasons need not be given for refusal. There is no joining fee.
Individuals wishing to set up their own J-Club must apply to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved their club details will be added to the J-Club website. Acceptance of an application to set up a J-Club is solely at the discretion of Janome UK Ltd and reasons need not be given for refusal. There is no fee charged by Janome UK Ltd to the applicant. The responsibilities of leaders is including in the application pack which is available on request.
Meetings will be arranged by J-Club leaders for their members. A small fee may be payable by members to cover venue and refreshment costs.
Janome UK Ltd takes no responsibility for safety or security at any J-Club meeting. Leaders and members should familiarise themselves with the venue and its facilities and seek to minimise any risk to participants. Particular attention should always be given to venue instructions in case of fire.
Code of Conduct
The J-Club concept is the coming together of like-minded people to share creative skills and experiences. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully to each other in a manner conducive to maximising enjoyment at the meeting. Disruptive behaviour is not acceptable and could lead to membership cancellation.
